RETURNS POLICY

We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to the nature of our products all hair extensions are FINAL SALE. Per federal law, the return of used/worn human hair products is NOT ACCEPTED. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns. When you shop on our website, you agree to the terms of the return policy.

EXCHANGES (UPON APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT): Exchanges are only acceptable if a wrong item was sent or under special circumstances upon the approval of management. When you receive the order. If you received the wrong order, please e-mail us at contact@mensahmanes.com to initiate your exchange and we will be more than happy to assist you further. The request to perform an exchange for unused/unworn human hair products must be made within 3 business days from the date you receive your order. Exchanges are ONLY permitted with regular priced products. Exchanges will be replaced with the same item originally ordered; no substitutions will be granted. If the order has been opened or tampered with in any way all exchange polices are voided. Please be advised, per federal law, we cannot accept used/worn hair that has been altered in the following ways: combing, brushing, cutting, coloring, hair installations, the creation of wig units, and any other physical and chemical alterations. The order must be in its original packaging and condition with hair wraps and hair tags and hair nets still attached. Once your product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your new order will be processed within 72 hours.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email when your order is shipped out.

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing after you’ve placed your order. When order processing has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information once your order ships. Shipping time is 2-4 business days. All orders are shipped with USPS.

If your billing address differs from the shipping address, we will request a photocopy of your ID with the matching billing address to verify your order. This is to ensure the order is not fraudulent. If your billing address cannot be verified, unfortunately, we will have to cancel the order and issue a refund.

Inaccurate or incomplete address information may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.

Mensah Manes is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, stolen packages or missed deliveries once an order has dispatched from us. If you have any issues with your package, please contact your local USPS office.
